Despite all the Bah Humbug posts I've written this holiday season, I am happy to say that our Christmas of 2008 has probably been my happiest since I have been married. The actual days of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day were wonderful and I wouldn't have traded them for anything! Christmas Eve was spent in my grandmother's beautiful new home. I haven't seen her this happy and relaxed in years! Christmas morning Wyatt opened each present carefully and played with each one before moving on to the next present. That afternoon was spent playing Wii with Byron's brother John, along with Peter and his mother, Pam. And I pulled off a pretty good Cornish Game Hen supper, if I do say so myself!
