Extreme Home Makeover Day 3: The Braveheart March

So, I sent Wyatt to his Nini's last night, because we had an early, long day ahead of us today. Had to get up well before dawn to dress warm and curl my hair, because I was going to have a "Ty sighting!" We were able to be in what they call the "Braveheart" march at the Home Makeover, where we all wear our blue t-shirts and hard hats and come marching down the street whooping and hollering and making a big fuss. The march is not done in just one take, we had to walk down the street about 3 of 4 times. Each time we walked, Mom and I got a little bit smarter. Because Byron and Dad are the head plumbers, their shirts were black. Well, we kept our distance at first, because we knew they had work to do. But then after the first and second march down the street, we realized that the black shirts were our golden ticket! So we just stayed as close to Byron and Dad as we could, right up front for the march, and eventually just a few bodies away from Ty and the other designers. Super cool! The best part of the morning was watching that house come crumbling down! Enjoy the video.

Check out the video from Channel 13 this morning. Brent Wright of Wright Engineers is our Bishop and the coolest bishop there is! And my neighbor too!
