I've only been grounded once in my entire life. My mother grounded me for a week for ditching Sunday School with almost the entire class. We crossed the street and went to my house (Kristin, do you remember this?). My mom walked in my bedroom and said, "You are all grounded!" Hilarious now as it was then, to ground children that don't belong to you. However, it is time to ground myself again, I'm grounded from my blog and other people's blogs. I just
spent 45 minutes reading a stranger's blog about the evil ways of Jon and Kate
Gosselin from
TLC's "Jon and Kate Plus Eight." Why did I read this? It has nothing to do with me, and it wasted 45 minutes of my life that I'll never get back. I could have been
scrapbooking, cleaning out one of the many disorganized drawers or
closets in my house, or best of all, I could have been taking a NAP! So, I've decided to take a break from ALL blogs until Friday night. My grandmother's 80
th birthday party is Friday, and I'm excited to show pictures. I'm only checking my email twice a day, or if I happen to be doing some work on the computer. I've got to show the computer who is boss.
In the meantime, enjoy our little family of puppets Wyatt and I made to entertain ourselves today. I'm sure you can figure out who is who!

Wow! I remember that clearly! I was really scared of your mom that day. I saw your blog on Krisin's. Glad to see you are doing well! Wyatt is adoreable. No blogging until Friday, huh? Ya sure? I think us stay-at-home moms deserve some guilty pleasure!
That is hilarious, I totally remeber that. Good times!! I have to gound myself from time to time when it comes to blogging to because i will look at the clock and realize that i just wasted and entire morning!!
I love jon and kate + 8, what was the blog you were reading??
I feel the pain. I was feeling proud of myself for not checking email or blogs for one whole day. Sad but true. I definitely need to be grounded. Good luck!!!
