I've already been chastised by certain friends (eh hem, Leydsmans) that my son is way too old to be in a crib. But would believe, Wyatt never tried to climb out, and having that one little bit of control in my life brought me peace? But all good things must come to an end, so here is my sweet baby growing up to be a big boy in is big boy bed. Sniffle, sniffle.

What a beautiful bed!! I hope it goes smoothly for you. Abigail's transition went very well. If all else fails, put a baby gate up in front of his door and then basically his room gets turned into a crib. We only had to do that for naps for a few days for Abigail and now she stays in her bed, most mornings she still waits for me on her bed. Good luck!
Oh and our lives are full of too much 'advice' and stress, do what feels right for you and your family, that's your right as a mom and you're doing a great job!!! :)
That is a rockin' bed!!!!
The bed was actually Wyatt's crib. It is one of those neat ones that can convert into a day bed like this, and then with a twin mattress it is a real bed.
You've lost all control now. I can only imagine what will happen next... HAHA
Good Job Sommer you are growing up so fast. Oh I mean Wyatt is..
I love his bed!!! That is so cool that it goes from being a crib to a real bed. Your son is sooo freaking cute, I love the picture!
