The Beach, My Boy, Disneyland, and Me!

This little trip is starting to become a tradition, at least until Wyatt has to go to school, and I love it. Just him and me, the beach, Disneyland, and a good visit with his uncles. I appreciate this time to have with Wyatt and to do the things that are special to us. Last year, I felt like I was running away from things at home. Church obligations, family pressures, it was a great way to just get away from it all. This year was different. I didn't have the church obligations, and for some reason, I don't seem to really care about the family pressures. I guess that's why I felt we didn't need to stay as long this time. We had our few days of fun, and even came home a day early. But I'm still thankful for the time to spend with my boy and just play.
